The TSHK Programme features a variety of events showcasing contemporary and old textiles mainly from the Asian region. Speakers range from committed collectors to academics of international standing presenting talks illustrated with slides and/or examples of textiles.
Regularly, the Textile Society of Hong Kong presents a special meeting, "Passions Shared", as a form of study group where a specific textile technique, garment or accessory is nominated and members are invited to show and briefly discuss examples.
